Store Data

This feature is not available in GoPlanogram Lite

In addition to the global catalog data, once you have a saved planogram, you may associate data on a per-SKU basis specific to this file. This is known as store data, as it is often representative of data for the particular store this display is for.

What properties make up this store data are completely up to you. Common examples include weekly sales metrics, inventory, sale items, and more. Up to 10 store data properties are allowed.

To add a store data file, go to Insert -> Upload Store Data. You'll see this dialog:

From here, you will choose an XLSX or CSV file that contains data for this display. The file must be formatted as indicated -- the first value of each line/row must be a valid ProductID, and each header data property name must be prefixed with the ! character. Here we've chosen a file called storeData.csv. Then, click Upload.

You'll know the upload succeeded if you now see the following store data panel just beneath the catalog.

From this panel, you can click the button to view the store data you uploaded in a table, like this:

You may also click the button to overwrite current store data with a new XLSX or CSV file.

Visualizing Store Data

Store data becomes much more powerful when it can be visualized, perhaps as product labels, within product tooltips, or even as the basis for custom heatmaps.

If you're a site admin, get to reading the Customizations page to see how you can map these parts of GoPlanogram to store data. If not, encourage your site admin(s) to do so!

Below is an example of a custom product label and a custom heatmap, both tied to the !WeeklySales data we uploaded.
