Version 5.2 introduces Smart POG, an assistant built into GoPlanogram that analyzes and edits your planograms from plain-language requests, along with new In-App Tutorials. Read the full Smart POG guide here.

• Smart POG

  • Open View → Smart POG and type what you want in plain words, like "Which products sell the least?" or "Fill the first bay with snacks"
  • Analyze your plan: ask questions and get answers as tables in the Insights panel, Heatmaps, or highlighted products. Analyzing never changes your plan
  • Edit products: replace, remove, or add products, and change facings, orientation, or rotation across the whole plan or a single bay or shelf
  • Fill fixtures with products chosen by category, price, margin, and more, using Auto Fill
  • Ask how-to questions about GoPlanogram and get answers with links to the documentation
  • Every change is shown for review before it's kept. Click Apply or Reject, and add a note to have Smart POG try again
  • Heatmaps and Insights made by Smart POG can be saved for later use
  • Smart POG is part of the GoPlanogram Standard package. To add it, contact [email protected]

• In-App Tutorials

  • New step-by-step tutorials that guide you through GoPlanogram right inside the editor. Find them under Help → In-App Tutorials
  • Build your first planogram: create fixtures, select and move them, and place products (about 5 minutes)
  • Analyze and merchandise faster with Smart POG: ask Smart POG questions, have it make changes, and review what it did (about 3 minutes, for sites with Smart POG)

  • GoPlanogram can now be tailored to fit an individual customer's workflow. Contact us to learn more
