Assortments

Assortments are a Filesystem type that make use of Item List and Custom Filters features to create a reusable, dynamic set of Catalog Items.

These item lists can later be used to filter the Catalog, or to dynamically populate Regions (by use of Templates.)

Defining an Assortment

To make an Assortment, use File > New > Assortment. The Assortment Editor dialog will appear.

Assortment Editor Dialog

From here, one may define one or more Filters that determine the Assortment's contents. Each filter selects items either dynamically (choose the Catalog(s) option, then specify filter conditions), or statically, from an upload of a CSV or XLSX file containing a list of SKUs (choose the Item List option).

Multiple filters may be combined to create more complex Assortments.

Below is a video demonstrating the creation of an Assortment, defined dynamically with a single filter containing two conditions. After creation, the Assortment is saved to the Filesystem using the Save button.
